These terms govern your use of SmartID Café, provided by Pointgate Systems Sdn Bhd. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your café and menu information, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other tenants' data.
Plans & billing
A free tier is available. Paid plans, where applicable, are billed as described at sign-up. Prices may change with notice.
Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance from time to time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can request export or deletion of your data.
