SmartID Café is operated by Pointgate Systems Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data, consistent with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Information we collect
Account details (café name, owner name, email), the menu and order data you create in the app, and basic usage/log data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide and improve SmartID Café, process orders, secure accounts, and contact you about your account or support requests.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers required to run the platform (e.g. hosting, email, payment processors) under appropriate safeguards.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, and protect it with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (TLS).
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@smartid.my and we will respond within a reasonable period.
